Freshkon colors fusion - groovy green

If my memory served me well, I did write my review on the freshkon colors fusion - groovy green. But since I enjoyed the color so much, might was well show it off with a much clearer picture!

I have to say, this is probably one of the nicest green contact lenses from Freshkon. The color is not that opaque and its quite safe for work purposes.

Freshkon colors fusion sparklers : In Shimmering Grey

I absolutely love this design and the color in shimmering grey so much... BUT, I accidentally tore them on the 1st day I opened the product! AND THIS was my first ever color fusion sparkles series!!! UPSET much! Very....

So I was left with only a piece. I don't know how I managed to tear that piece, but when I tried to wear the lens, it hurt like a bit*h, so I took it out and realised it was torn! Bummer!

Oh well... Just look at the design of the lens. Its so pretty!

It gives quite a bluish tinted, though its very much grey in most of the pics that I took. I can't recommend whether these lenses are super comfortable, cos I've never wore it more than 8 hours...

Yes.. I have relatively small IRIS!... Look at how these lenses just add live to my dead eyes! LOL...

So, if I do go out.. I have to keep covering my LEFT eye! LOL!!!

Freshkon Color Fusion in baby aqua is currently my new eye color for the month of August! ;)
And as usual, FRESHKON is very, VERY comfortable in my eyes.

Managed to grab these babies at VERY AFFORDABLE and really out of the sale kinda purchase! I got 4 pairs for the price of $60/-!!! THAT is like SUPER CHEAP!!!...

Where can you get cheap colored lens from Freshkon at such prices?!?!...

Honestly, I LOVE this color! Its a mix of turquoise and opaque blue... I find it more towards to bluish grey...

The color is simply gorgeous! :)

Freshkon - Warm Hazel review

THIS is definitely BY FAR - MY NOT SO FAVOURITE colored lens!... If you are into Twilight Vampire kinda eyes, search : twilight contact lenses, YOU WILL probably want to grab these babies... Or better yet, when you want to dress up for Halloween, yes, PLS grab these!

IT is very OPAQUE and SUPER light... It can be seen like probably 10 metres across someone! When you see it closer, its even MORE SCARY!

I thought I would never use these lenses, but since I'm doing my part time job, and my BOSS is like SUPER cool when I wear colored lenses, I was like, LET'S just try these babies, since I saw reviews after reviews on the internet HOW most users WILL NOT buy or grab these colors EVER AGAIN!!! Which I totally have to agree...!

The main reason why I bought these was because it looks very light and bright and I thought I could pull it off, but I WAS SO WRONG!... Even when I went to work with them, my boss was like, "Did you wear those contact lens to scare the patients off?"

WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

But despite it all, as usual FRESHKON colored lens are super comfortable on me! Comfort level is a plus plus, but the colored is so ANNOYING that I only wear them when I'm at work, and I will take it off when I need to go into the COMMUNITY... its like, I WON'T BE CAUGHT dead with these colored lens on!

Aniways, since Halloween is like 3 more months, THOSE of you who stumbled upon this site/blog and is deciding whether you want to be a Vampire or a ZOMBIE or whichever scary creatures with these LIGHT, opaque, OVER the top brown, SHOULD grab these!!!

I just need to add more white foundation and a lighter shade of colored to make me look more vampire-ish!... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA....

Hahahah.. Oh well, let see if I can wear these for at least a month, which I doubt so... I'll probably toss it away sooner than expected...

Allure VS Fusion from Freshkon

Ok, since I can barely use the Mistry Grey from Freshkon Color Fusion, so I tried my best to clean the lens before I placed it on my eyes! KIDS, never do THIS!!!

So the RIGHT eye is from Freshkon Alluring Eyes - Magnetic Grey VERSUS
my LEFT eye is from Freshkon Color Fusion - Mistry Grey!

So, here's the close up of the 2 colors! I AM SOLD!!..

The brown on the Mistry grey from Freshkon color fusion is like super annoying. It kinda of like BURST out of nowhere from your eyes and it does not give a very natural effect - AT ALL!

Freshkon Color Fusion - Misty Grey

I've heard that one of the most popular color from the Freshkon Color Fusion is their Misty Grey!

So I decided to grab one since I know most of the colored contact lens wearer have tried the Misty Grey from Freshkon. 

 

I'm not really a FAN of the misty grey, because its not really that GREY to start off with. I remembered my first GREY lens are from FRESHLOOK and I LOVE it!.. Apparently for Freshkon, it does not quite deliver for me... I like grey lens that is very much opaque and ligther in color and when you wear your lens, it looks as though that your eyes just SPARKLE...

But I didn't get that in Freshkon Color Fusion - Misty Grey series. 

Apparently in pictures, it looks pretty subtle and not that noticeable, which I don't really get it, especially when you are wearing "grey" lens. For me, grey lens have to look very vibrant and people would want to look into your eyes - kind.

So I did an experiment using FRESHLOOK color fusion - Groovy green and Misty Grey, and decided to wear them for 1 whole month. So, I decided to wear GREEN on my RIGHT and GREY on my LEFT...

So, I read up about a condition called heterochromia and it is when a human beings have 2 different color eyes, and so I THOUGHT since Misty Grey is not THAT obvious, why not give it a try?

And so, during Chinese New Year, even my friends did not know that I had HETEROCHROMIA!!! I was practically wearing GROOVY green on my right eyes and Misty Grey on my LEFT eyes for the whole 2 months. AND no one even NOTICED that I had 2 different colored EYES!!! *smacks forehead

When I asked, some of them said, both of my eyes look grey, at times my friends said they were green, since I love green lens... So yes... The misty grey is NOT that obvious to begin with.

So IF you do want to grab either green or grey, it does not matter. Both colors are very subtle to begin with! If you are daring enough to mix them up like I do, (hehehe) DO SO!... and see if your friends or other people pay notice!

Freshkon Color Fusion - Groovy Green

I love green lenses and for those of you who want to try a nice, yet not striking or opaque green, should definitely grab freshkon colors fusion - Groovy Green!

I'm quire neutral with the color. Its dark green in color, and it looks subtle not too glaring like in your face kind. Received a lot of compliments when I was wearing it.

Freshkon VS Geomedical

So here's a comparison for Freshkon Cool Green VS Geomedical Nudy Soul Kiwi Green!

The top lens are from freshkon cool green where else the one below are the geomedical nudy soul kiwi green!

Honestly, these 2 are my favourite green colored contact lenses!

The right eye is Geo - Nudy Soul Kiwi Green vs the left eye Freshkon - Cool Green.
My right eye appears to be bigger maybe due to the limbal ring which Nudy Soul has! But if you happened to look at the brightness in color, freshkon wins hands down!

Just another close up shots to show you how the colors fair! I still like both of my greens lens, but if I were to choose, I love my Nudy Soul Kiwi Green!

I need to style my hair! HAHAHAHAHA...

And if you happened to notice, Freshkon Cool Green appeared to be more fake and too dramatic because the green is very bright, where else if you notice Nudy Soul Kiwi Green is more subtle and looks much softer  and gives a very much bigger eye definition!

I know which ones are my favorite!... :D I should try going out with my 2 different green colored lens and asked strangers which ones suit me! Just for research purposes! Hahahahaha

Freshkon Cool Green

So I bought Freshkon Cool Green lens all the way back in August 2012. I had a good deal actually. It was one of the festive season, and they had an offer of 3 boxes going at $60 with one box free! That means 4 boxes of Freshkon at only $15 freaking dollars!... so cheap!

The one that caught my eyes was the cool green! This is the freshkon colors fusion edition.

I was so excited when I got this pair, BCOS ever since I had lasik on my eyes in 2008, I never once inserted colored lens in my eyes! Before lasik, my eyes were never my original dark brown colors!

Here's my review!

COMFORT: (7/10)

I remember putting it on for the first time, and I don't like the feeling at all! Maybe it was because my eyes need to readjust to color contact lens. It takes a while for me to feel comfortable and they haziness, blurry vision persist for quite some time. I totally dislike wearing it and it gave me a headache a few times. 

After a few weeks, it was getting better though I do feel that my vision was very blurry due to the lens. I was using plano, and I realised that I need to add a few degree (-0.5) for future colored lens! 

I can wear these lens up to more than 8 hrs without feeling my eyes exhausted! Though when it hit 10 hrs, I can feel that my eyes are tired and was craving for oxygen! Hahahah.

COLOR/DESIGN: (8/10)
I ABSOLUTELY adore the GREEN! Its very bright, and even in the darkest night or indoors, the color is very IN YOUR face kind!

For those who wants a lighter shades of green should definitely grab these lens! Its very awesome color though the minus point of these lens, it doesn't have a limbal ring. :(

ENLARGEMENT: (8/10)
It does make my eyes bigger... Its diameter is 14.2mm, but it sure makes my eyes pop!

So, for a monthly lens, I assumed that its pretty decent that you can extend its lifespan if you take care of it properly. I mean, I can wear these lens for nearly 2 months!
